- Add-ins: 3/4 cup (100 g) shelled pistachios roughly chopped, 3/4 cup (90 g) dried cranberries, 3/4 cup (130 g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate divided

Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour baking powder and salt.

- Bake for 25โ28 minutes until logs are golden and firm Remove from oven let cool 10 minutes.
- Step 8:
- Using a serrated knife slice logs diagonally into 3/4-inch thick pieces.
- Step 9:
- Arrange slices cut-side down on the baking sheet Bake for 8โ10 minutes flip then bake another 6โ8 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.
- Step 10:
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Step 11:
- Melt remaining white chocolate and drizzle over cooled biscotti Let set before serving.
