12 - 2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
13 - 1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds
14 - 1 cup radishes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup snap peas

16 - 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
17 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
18 - Edible glitter or silver sugar pearls, optional
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, blend in several drops of blue food coloring until a pale, icy blue shade is achieved.
03 - Gently fold the finely chopped chives into the dip mixture.
04 - Transfer dip into a wide, shallow bowl. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with additional crumbled blue cheese and fresh herbs. Optionally, decorate with edible glitter or sugar pearls for a frosty effect.
